Carrier appointments. OVO is an independent agency holding appointments with multiple insurance carriers. Specific carrier names are published only with each carrier’s advertising approval; carriers relevant to your situation are disclosed in any personal review.
General product disclosures.
Not FDIC insured. Not a bank deposit. Not insured by any federal government agency. All product guarantees are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. This website is a solicitation for insurance; an insurance agent may contact you.
Fixed indexed annuities. FIAs are insurance contracts, not investments. Interest is credited based on the movement of a market index, subject to caps, participation rates, or spreads that the carrier may change at renewal within contractual limits. You do not own the index and are not invested in the market. Surrender charges apply during the surrender period; withdrawals beyond free amounts may incur charges and market value adjustments; withdrawals before age 59½ may incur a 10% federal tax penalty. Optional income riders carry annual fees deducted from the account value.
Life insurance. All life insurance requires underwriting; coverage and rates depend on individual eligibility. Policy loans and withdrawals reduce cash value and death benefits and may cause a policy to lapse; a policy that lapses or is surrendered with an outstanding loan can create a taxable event. For indexed universal life: cost of insurance rises with age, index caps and participation rates can change, and illustrated values are hypothetical and not guaranteed.
